Helping Adults Heal, Understand, and Move Forward with Confidence

Therapy that supports you in processing grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and depth.

Adults I work with often report:

✲ Feeling overwhelmed by patterns that keep repeating

✲ Carrying grief that hasn’t fully been integrated

✲ Wanting support navigating life transitions

✲ Seeking to live with more clarity, confidence, and emotional regulation

If you’re ready to explore what lies beneath persistent anxiety, relational patterns, or unresolved emotional pain, you’re in the right place.

Here’s How Therapy Can Help

Individual therapy is designed to be supportive, intentional, and tailored to your goals. Together, we’ll create a focused approach that honors your time, energy, and capacity for change.

Grief & Loss

If you’re carrying loss that feels unresolved or overwhelming, therapy offers space to process your grief, honor your experience, and begin to integrate it in a way that allows you to move forward.

Trauma

If past experiences continue to impact your present, EMDR and somatic approaches help you process trauma at its roots so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life.

Life Transitions

Whether you’re facing a major shift, uncertainty, or a new chapter, therapy provides clarity, support, and direction as you navigate change.

Does This Sound Familiar?

You Feel…

‍ ‍Tired and frustrated
…that nothing you’ve tried before has truly helped, and you worry this may never change.

‍ ‍Disconnected from yourself
…overthinking constantly, feeling checked out from your body, your emotions, or the people you care about most.

‍ ‍Worried about relationships
…afraid of losing those closest to you, or hesitant to get close to others in the future.

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or overwhelmed by patterns that keep repeating, you’re not alone.

It’s Time for Something to Change

You are ready to…

✲ Stop feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating

✲Integrate your life experiences instead of carrying it alone

✲ Quiet the constant overthinking and emotional overwhelm

✲ Reconnect with yourself—clearly, confidently, and without doubt

✲ Set boundaries and show up differently in your relationships

✲ Feel more grounded, present, and in control of your life

✲ Trust yourself and your ability to handle what comes next

Teletherapy Tips

Lighting

Try to position light sources in front of you rather than behind you. Ideally, you should face a window rather than sitting in front of one. If needed, you can set up additional light sources, such as a lamp, in front of you.

Audio

If possible, try to wear some sort of headphones when we talk. This reduces any echo in the audio and increases your sense of privacy. You can also adjust your Simple Practice settings to decrease background noise.

Camera

Position your device so I can see you clearly, placing your camera (aka green light) at eye level. The more I can see of you, the better!

Simple Practice

Hide self-view! If you were going to in-person therapy, you would not be looking into a mirror for 50-minutes straight watching your every move. This is as close to a “requirement” as it gets.
